I’m Bowen Cheng.

I’m an IT Manager I at the Los Angeles County Probation Department, where I lead teams responsible for delivering and supporting enterprise systems at scale within one of the largest probation departments in the United States.

My work focuses on modernizing public-sector technology and strengthening how large organizations leverage systems, data, and infrastructure to operate effectively. I lead efforts centered on reliability, continuity, and long-term sustainability of the platforms that support critical public services.

In parallel, I’m the founder of BWN Ventures, a software holding company focused on the long-term ownership and growth of digital platforms. The portfolio includes PurrMobile, a global travel connectivity platform for international travelers.

Across both public service and venture building, I operate at the intersection of technology, operations, and organizational leadership, with a focus on building systems and teams that scale and deliver real-world impact.
